Malak began her sports career in taekwondo at the age of nine in 2014 at the Alamllreyada Kids Sports Academy, where she managed to secure first place in the Egypt National Championships from 2015 until 2023. Her first international Championship was the 6th Egypt Open (U14) in 2019, where she won a gold medal. Among her most notable achievements is winning a gold medal at the Arab Taekwondo Championship (U17) in the United Arab Emirates in 2020, as well as a bronze medal at the 7th Egypt Open in 2023.
